Would be nice if they add the same features from they id Tech 5 Engine into the id Tech 3, so we can still Trick Jump, move shoot and the same. Or other way around so we can use the awesome new map maker then the shitty old GTK Radiant.

just update software specs not gameplay and structure. if it aint broke dont fix it. THe best most intense fps i ever and still play. nothing to beat it yet no matter how lush the graphics etc of newer games they just cant beat the teamplay required to win a battle.

Greatest MP game ever - hooked for the last decade; nothing like it in terms of online teamplay since and the likes of COD and MoH (althgh significantly better in the graphcs department) have never been able to recapture the team spirit and camaraderie engendered by this title. The recent release was much anticipated and came as somewhat of a disappointment to the seasoned veterans; I'm sure we all gave it a good go and wanted to like it, but have ultimately returned to what we know and love

RTCW had an atmosphere no other game has captured since. Heck, it wasn't just a game, it was a chat room with a game attached to it. ID software's product life-cycles are too long... This makes the communities fall apart. RTCW2 (new one) is a travesty and failure. I wish ID well, but I do wish that before spending 11 years to develop a game, perhaps they should ask us gamers that created the communities first. All the best - Al www.castlewarbitz.com
